Fargo Police and state probation agents are scrambling to find a high-level sex offender they say cut off his GPS monitoring device around 2 p.m. today. Twenty-five-year-old Thomas Jose Eppler a.k.a Jose Munoz Gutierrez was convicted in 2007 for raping a female acquaintence.
